Incarnation Place serves residents of all ages in a triangular shaped area which makes up about half the 75204 zip code. The triangle is bounded by North Central Expressway on the west, Fitzhugh Avenue on the North and Ross Avenue on the south.

The Dallas Housing Authority’s Roseland Homes complex is located inside the triangle as are other DHA apartment complexes that house seniors and apartments that accept DHA Section 8 vouchers. Most of the five schools, five churches and numerous agencies which comprise the Roseland Partners and serve the Roseland community along with Incarnation Place are located inside the triangle. Others are located adjacent.
